1. Data ControllerThe Employer is the data controller for Candidate personal data.The Company acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of the Employer.

3. Use of DataData is processed to operate the Service, generate results, improve the product, and conduct de-identified analytics.
4. Data SharingData is shared only with the Employer, service providers, or as required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention and RightsData is retained per Employer instructions. Candidates must direct data requests to the Employer.
6. SecurityWe implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s PrivacyThe Service is not intended for individuals under 18.
