What RecruitTune is, how it works, and what makes it different.

RecruitTune is an AI-powered hiring assessment platform that helps recruiters and hiring managers evaluate candidates faster and with greater confidence. We combine three validated signals — a Must-Have Screen, an Audio Scenario Assessment, and a Behavioral Profile based on the IPIP Big Five framework — into a single composite metric called the Job Fit Score.

RecruitTune is built for SMBs, staffing firms, executive search professionals, and in-house recruiting teams who need a rigorous, affordable way to assess candidates before committing interview time. The Job Fit Score (JFS) is RecruitTune's composite assessment output. It reflects how well a candidate aligns with a specific role across three dimensions: baseline qualifications, real-world situational judgment, and behavioral traits mapped to O*NET occupational profiles. It's designed to give hiring managers a single, auditable signal — defensible data, not a black box.

Yes. RecruitTune's behavioral assessment is grounded in the IPIP Big Five personality framework — one of the most extensively validated models in organizational psychology — and maps results to O*NET, the U.S. Department of Labor's occupational information database. This gives each assessment a scientific foundation and cross-role comparability.

Most candidates complete a full RecruitTune assessment in approximately 10–15 minutes. The experience is designed to be straightforward and respectful of their time — no lengthy questionnaires, no confusing interfaces.

Yes. All new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. If you start on the annual plan and decide RecruitTune isn't right for you during that period, you can cancel anytime within the 30 days — your credit card will not be charged. We want you to experience RecruitTune with real roles and real candidates before you commit to anything.

No long-term contracts are required. Our annual plan offers the best value, but you can start monthly and upgrade at any time.
